CANDLE-FILTER type DELTA-KFS

The standard candle-filters of type DELTA-KFS are constructed
for filter-cartridges, which are douple open ended (DOE), e. g.
wound elements of type DELTA-WYND. 3 respectively 6
filterelements with a length from 9 3/4" up to 40" can be fitted
in the different housings. Stainless steel 1.4301 and 1.4571 are
available as material for the housings. The pick-up for the candles
is of stainless steel 1.4404. The cover closure is done with a
quick-action clip that ensures fast and simple filter cartridge
replacement - no tools required! The casing is sealed by an
O-ring produced from NBR (standard), alternative sealing
materials are available. The nozzles of the in- and outlet are
designed with male or female thread. They can also be done
with thread-flanges, if required. Sockets for ventilation and
purging for the clean and dirt side are available. Working
pressures of 10 bar at 90°C are possible.

 
 

CANDLE-FILTER type DELTA-KF

Candle-filters of type DELTA-KF are a robust and affordable
solution for the use with all types of filter cartridges and all
connection codes. The welded housing is produced in it's
standard design with flat cover, hexagonal screws and O-ring
seals. It has welded feet for the setting up. The candle-filters are
also available as dual filters with change-over facilities for
continuous filtration processes. The nozzles for in- and outlet,
which are at different heights, are available up to DN500.
Ventilation and purging are available. The candle-filters of type
DELTA-KF are offered and produced according your 
specification and your wishes!

Materials and technical data
Carbon steel, stainless steel 1.4301, 1.4541 or  1.4571 as standard and special steels as options. 
Standard seal from FPM or SBR, EPDM, NBR, FEP/FPM as option. Design and calculation in accordance
with AD2000 Code of Practice and Pressure Equipment Directive (PED) 97/23/EC. With CE-declaration 
as standard or 3.1B material certificates or  German TÜV acceptance as option.
Maximum allowable pressure up to  400 bar / maximum allowable temperature up to 450°C

 Special materials; production according to ASME Code; special acceptance, e. g. BS or Lloyds;
in- and outlet at the same height; differential pressure measurement; cover lever swivel device;
cover-closure with segment-screw clamps or hasp screws; DELTA-quick-action-cover-closure;
heating jacket; dual filter with change-over facility; feet, which are adjustable in height etc.

 

CANDLE-FILTER type DELTA-KF-1

Candle-filters of type DELTA-KF-1 are compact filter housings.
They are suitable excellently for the industrial use by the filtration
of liquids and gases. The pick-up device is inside the housing
for douple open ended (DOE) filterelements of a length of 10"
or 20". All product contacted parts of the housing are made of
stainless steel. The union nut of stainless steel must be detached
and the sump must be pulled off downwards for a quick and easy
replacement of the filterelement. The casing is sealed by an
O-ring produced from FPM (standard), alternative sealing
materials are available. A socket 3/8" BSP for the purging is
placed on the filter sump, which is highly-polished exterior. The
in- and outlet is produced with female thread 3/4" BSP or
1" BSP. Working pressures of 25 bar and temperatures of
200°C are possible. A high-pressure version of 50 bar is also
available.
