BASKET-FILTER type DELTA-SKS

Basket-filters of type DELTA-SKS in welded design are
a robust and affordable solution for the cleaning of
liquids or the recovery of valuable solids. They can also
be used for the protection of fittings and pipelines. The
compact filter has a flat cover. An O-ring is used for the
sealing of the cover. The filter stands on it's flat bottom.
The fastening flaps on the bottom are for the fixing of
the filter on the floor. The pick-up for the basket is
inside the housing. The basket is made of high-grade
stainless steel. The standard baskets are available
with filtration ratings from 5 µm up to 5000 µm. We
can deliver baskets with pleated  fabric on request.
The standard sizes are from DN25 (1") up to DN300
(12"). Carbon steel or stainless steel is used as
material for the housing. Special materials, inner
coatings, high-pressure versions, TÜV acceptance
etc. are available on request.

BASKET-FILTER type DELTA-SK

Basket-filters of type DELTA-SK in welded design are a robust and
affordable solution for the use with all types of strainer basket inserts.
The standard design is produced with a flat cover, hexagonal screws
and O-ring seal. The strainer basket is mounted by an integrated pressing
device and without screws for fast replacement. The housing has
welded feet for the setting up. The basket-filters are also available as
dual filters with integrated change-over facility for continuous filtration
processes. Depending on the design, a special plate also enables
filter cartridges to be used as an option. The in- and outlet, which are
at different heights by the standard version, are available up to DN1000.
The housing has a ventilation and a purging.The basket-filters of type
DELTA-SK are offered and produced according your specification
and your wishes!

Materials and technical data
Carbon steel, stainless steel 1.4301, 1.4541 or  1.4571 as standard and
special steels as options. Strainer basket inserts of stainless steel 1.4301
or 1.4401. Standard seal from FPM or SBR, EPDM, NBR, FEP/FPM as option.
Design and calculation in accordance with AD2000 Code of Practice and
Pressure Equipment Directive (PED) 97/23/EC.
With CE-declaration as standard or 3.1B material certificates or  German TÜV
acceptance as option.
Maximum allowable pressure up to  400 bar
Maximum allowable temperature up to 450°C
